1098-T Form Error

Problem

My 1098-T form is incorrect. How do I correct it?

Solution

Please send an email communication with the following information to cservice@ecsi.net:

Name of the school you attended
Your (student's) name as reported to the school
A telephone number where you can be reached
Last 4 digits of your social security number
Amount disputed and attached report showing amounts billed or paid for the reporting period
